Through our Micro-economies program, students engage in real-world financial decision-making—whether selling handmade items, baking goods, or planning trips like their visit to the Adirondacks in 2021-2022. These experiences empower students with financial literacy, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills.

Jody Caffaro, our esteemed headmaster, has dedicated over 20 years to the Montessori philosophy as both an educator and administrator. She is trained in Montessori Adolescent Studies (ages 12-18) through the North American Montessori Teachers Association (NAMTA) and is passionate about preparing students for life beyond the classroom.

Under her leadership, Great Work Montessori has evolved into a homeschool pod that blends academic excellence with real-world experiences, helping students develop the skills they need to thrive.
